  My less than 5 rating has zero to do with Scott, the amazing salesperson my son and I had the pleasure of doing business with. He was attentive, funny and well informed. For him, it would be 5 stars. He is the only reason for 3 stars, not 1. I don't want him dragged down so I'm being lenient. In May my son and I went shopping for a couch for his new digs. I paid in full up front, with a credit card, for a couch and set of living room tables. All pieces were to be delivered at the same time. We were told the couch wouldn't deliver until mid June because of high demand and no backup stock at the Corpus Christi store and my son was okay with that. At the beginning of June my son got a call from an apologetic Scott that delivery on the couch was pushed back to mid July. An inconvenience for my son but he was still okay with it. Today, again an apologetic Scott called, saying delivery now pushed back to mid August. 3 months. For a couch. Now this is not a custom piece, but it was still not cheap. It's got me wondering if we should get the money back and shop elsewhere. Since my son paid me for the couch and it's supposed to be going to his still empty-of-seating apartment, I'll let him decide if he wants to wait or take our business elsewhere. Because, who knows; another call in 4 weeks with another push back date? Scott, 😀 Management, 👎

  The salesman “Jon” was very helpful and willing to work with my wife and I busy schedule. Even offered to come in on his day off to make sure we were taken care of. My first furniture purchase experience and furniture row and Jon made it easy as can be

  Rudy was exceptional. He truly went above and beyond to find the bed we wanted at the price we wanted. He also promised to call after getting the OK to order and he followed through being a man of his word. Customer service exceeded my expectations and we are pleased that we made the right decision to shop here and be assisted by Rudy. Wonderful job! God bless!

  I have been in 2 different times before today. They were pleasant and offered help when I walked in. Just found something I like better in another shop in CC. Today was no different! I knew what I wanted and Michael took me directly there.Got a beautiful reclining Leather Sofa on order!!! Couldn't be happier with the service I was given today!!!
