  We did not expect to have this experience! We live in a very modest home and just wanted to spend the smallest amount possible, while still getting long lasting quality products. We thought the Ferguson store was some kind of upscale store just for rich people, not regular citizens like us. **While the store does have a beautiful selection of upscale and luxury items, we found that we were well taken care of despite our modest budget.** After spending many frustrating hours trying to find a quality tub and shower fixture kit by doing our own research online... we realized that, because it's actually somewhat complicated especially when you consider the service valves that are hidden in the wall, the specific water pressure of our house, the size of our lines, the location of our service entrance, the age of our house, the fit and finish we were looking for, and the ease of serviceability of the entire kit just for starters... it is virtually impossible to find the correct combination unless you're an actual plumber with experience. Because we wanted to get a quality set of fixtures that would actually work well, we ended up at the Ferguson store where Stacey O. spent several hours with us picking out just the right set. What we thought would be a rather easy and straightforward process proved to be far more challenging than we expected. Stacey was very enthusiastic and informative for the entire process. On the rare occasions she didn't have the exact answers we needed, she opened up her personal Rolodex and made calls to the manufacturers which quickly yielded the information we needed. Stacey has personal relationships with the manufacturer's representatives and that proved to be clutch. The fact that she was so enthusiastic about the entire process made it easy especially after all the initial frustration we had trying to do it on our own. We now have fixtures that we believe will last me for many years to come. We like to entertain guests/family at our home often, and we actually get lots of positive comments about how well our tub and shower fixtures work an our modest bathroom. For a very reasonable budget price, we feel that we bought some quality fixtures that are easy to use and are quite stylish as well. Buying bathroom fixtures should not be this hard but everything is more complicated nowadays. Having an expert professional helping us through the process actually saved us money and the installation was easy for us to do with the help of a friend. We are very grateful for the exceptional customer service, professionalism, and expertise which Stacy was willing to share with us despite only wanting basic parts for a small project.   We just purchased a home and had picked out a fridge I fell in love with. This store is one of two that carry it local so we went in to view it in person and purchase. Walked in and walked past 2 associates, neither greeted us much less acknowledged us. Finally after about 10 mins a nice man asked if we needed help but said he was in lighting but he’d get someone for us. Walked around another 10-15mins and walked right out. Don’t need our business, we’ll go elsewhere. The two ladies were just sitting at their computers. Definitely didn’t get the experience I was hoping for from this store which is a shame because I had planned to use them to upgrade many things in our new home. Definitely need better customer service. Takes 2 seconds to acknowledge a customer.

  Ms Celest Ruiz is a wonderful source and gets things done. I had issues with a recent purchase on line and she helped me get a replacement outdoor light . My questions and my doubts were solved by this gem of a salesperson. My wife and me will certainly start buying from the Ferguson here in Corpus Christi. Thank you Celest.

  I like coming into Fergusons because as you walk in they greet you personal they are very professional and as you walk in they always greet you like if your family and in my experience if I need any kind of plumbing lighting, etc. etc. I will always go to Fergusons
