  Diego was awesome! He did not make me feel pressured to purchase out of my price range and offered solutions and plans based on what my goal was. He was very informative on different mattress qualities, payment plans, and warranty questions. Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a mattress, box spring, pillows, and/or sheets!

  Diego was super helpful when it came to explaining the differences between the mattresses we were interested in. It made the decision process of buying what we wanted simple and without feeling pressured to buy something that we weren't interested in. Highly recommend trying out the adjustable base beds because they will make a huge difference in sleep quality.

  I love Denver Mattress. I had never been there. Diego was my salesperson. He was excellent. He showed me a variety of mattresses and I tried them all. I was able to select a mattress that was of good quality and good price. He didn't pressure me when showing me the mattresses. There are very good quality mattresses here. I would really recommend this place. Go see Diego.

  I came into Denver Mattress last week because the mattress I purchased wasn’t working out for me after 2 1/2 months. I worked with Fay, who I had worked with previously, and as usual she was fantastic. She showed me several different mattresses and in the end I chose a Sterns and Foster mattress. The warranty offered at Denver Mattress is the real deal. I was able to return the original mattress that I purchased and purchase the new one with absolutely no problems. Fay took care of all of it in just a few minutes. Unfortunately this time I can’t give five stars because I have a few complaints. Although I was purchasing a new Sterns and Foster mattress, I was told that I wasn’t entitled to the $300 gift of accessories because it wasn’t my first purchase. I’ve looked all through the website and haven’t seen this policy posted anywhere. I was returning the mattress that I purchased and I was buying a new mattress so I should have been entitled to the gift with purchase special on the new mattress. I could have just returned the mattress for a 100% refund on my account and then came back the next day or days later and made a “new purchase” or for that matter I could have gone home that day and ordered the new Sterns and Foster mattress online and I would have received the $300 gift with purchase, so the fact that I returned the first mattress and then purchased a new one that day should not have excluded me from the offer. Another problem/complaint that I have is with the two pillows and pillow covers I purchased while at the store. Again, Fay was wonderful working with me to try many different pillows until I found one that I liked. I was hesitant to purchase a cooling pillow because I’ve always thought that they are a waste of money because once you put a protective cover and a pillow case on the pillow, the cooling wouldn’t be felt through the layers of material. Fay let me know that Denver mattress sold waterproof covers that allowed the cooling to come through so I purchased one for each pillow. Unfortunately, once I got home and tried the covers on the pillows I discovered that the cooling barely if at all came through the cover and once I added a pillow case not only was there no cooling effect, but the pillow felt hot as the night progressed which was exactly why I didn’t want to purchase cooling pillows. Also, these pillows do not feel like the one I tried in the store. For one thing, when I lay on them, my neck is pushed up which I did not experience on the one I tried in the store. I also thought that the one I tried in the store had a lavender cover on it and these that I purchased have a light blue cover so I’m not sure that I purchased the same one that I tried. I have waited literally years to buy new pillows, just as I had with my mattress purchase, and these pillows weren’t cheap, even on sale, so I’m very disappointed to have two cooling pillows that really don't provide cooling and that aren’t comfortable and of course I’m stuck with them because pillows aren’t returnable. I would at least appreciate it if I can know if the pillows that I purchased were in fact the correct pillows and the same ones that I tried in the store since as I stated the cover color is different and the pillows I purchased seem way higher than the one I tried in the store. That pillow felt like it would have been more of a medium profile. Of course these issues won’t stop me from purchasing from Denver Mattress again or from highly recommending Denver Mattress to my family and friends because I love your store and the wonderful customer service that I’ve received each time I’ve entered. I just wanted to bring these few disappointing items to your attention. Thank you.
