  Steven Espinosa greeted us with a handshake right away. He listened to our wants and needs, showed us a few different beds, along with a fluffy pillow, with each one he told us a bit about the way it is made and supported. After the talk he would give my husband some time to discuss the way we felt about it. I’m really impressed about the sleep warranty on the mattress. We have another bed that needs a new mattress we will go back and see Steven for sure.

  Diego Was patient, well spoken and educated on all the products they had available. Had us try several different pillow options to make sure we had what we wanted. Felt like we were buying from a person that cared and not just trying to make a sale for the company.

  It was a pleasure and wonderful experience shopping with Denver Mattress!!! Fay Johnson was wonderful and not hounding or pushy at all!! We had previously shopped at Rooms to Go for a mattress. We picked one out and the sales person guaranteed it would be delivered by May 5. After we gave him a down payment and made all of the contracts and arrangements he told us we wouldn't have it until the 12. Once we got home I kept thinking what's going to happen if it doesn't show up on the 12th?? The word guarantee doesn't mean anything to them!! So I spoke to the manager there & got my money back. We went down the road to Furniture Row/Denver Mattress and picked a mattress out. It was delivered yesterday!! May 4. We slept like babies last night. THANK YOU Fay Johnson with Denver Mattress for a great and positive experience!!!!

  We bought the Doctors Choice King mattress and it is super firm and supportive. It was in stock at the store so we picked it up ourselves and dropped off the old mattress in the dumpster they provided. Steven, our sales associate was friendly, informed and was not pushy. At his suggestion, we brought a mattress cover to qualify for the 365 day return policy. It was worth it, was $40. We also bought Doctors Choice pillows and am laying on the bed using my new pillow now writing this review. My back feels great and the pillow is very firm and easy on my neck. I would recommend Denver Mattress if you are looking for a new Mattress. I purchased a Durango Queen from the same store 10 years ago and it is still in use. No indentations and is in really good shape.

  Fay Johnson was amazing! She was both professional and personable. She was knowledgeable, answering my questions with ease, and I felt zero pressure or rush from her. I was a little anxious, as I’m sure some other people are, about going to lay on beds in front of someone, but she soon made me feel comfortable. As a former retail worker, I know sometimes upselling can be tough and awkward, but she did it with grace and backed it up with facts. She seemed honest and was not pushy at all. The whole experience was very personalized, and I’m glad I came here instead of any other place that sells mattresses. I’d highly recommend her to any of my friends.
