    This At Home store has satisfactory customer service and experience. The help here is what every store should learn from. From the get go I was greeted upon walking in. I saw their big setup right as I walked in. The range of items and display would make Target blush lol. I was approached by Kayla who is in charge. She welcomed me with a big smile and was professional. Kayla pointed out to me what things I would be interested in. Upon going through the sections I checked out a store associate was there to help. I want to give much appreciation for Sierra in rugs, Karina in bath, Joann in kitchen and Abel in Patio. I can't thank them enough for my experience there. Lastly I do have to give thanks to Vivian and Xavier at the registers. They helped sign me up for this cool rewards program thing. If I can have this great service every time I visit, then I'm for sure a loyal customer. Thank you Kayla and everyone at AtHome.

    I love this place I got an huge umbrella for Mother’s Day, the prettiest yellow umbrella and the wind somehow bent it I was so discouraged to exchange it but when I showed up to At home they gave me no problems what so ever I literally cried walking to go grab me a new one ! This place really has a welcoming spirit I felt so grateful !

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
