They are so rude and Scott said it's a you problem not their problem, well that's a great way to lose customers. They should have asked for door measurements before attempting to deliver on two separate occasions. I needed a refrigerator, scott ordered one too large and the second they decided it couldn't get through the front door etc. I rented a recliner previously and told Scott to pick up the recliner today. Word to the wise DON'T BOTHER WITH THAT COMPANY,they're horrible.
- AHAngel HernandezMay 28, 20261.0I will no longer use Aarons they are corrupted I had applied online took my money and then refunded me my money back to my account and red flag me by Scott manager, I had used them paid off the furniture had a zero turn and riding mower and they refused to do maintenance on the items so again I highly don’t recommend Aaron’s they are corrupted and charge three times the amount in the items I have been going elsewhere and they have messed up my credit

The GM has a horrible attitude even with people like me who has a history of being a loyal customer. I've always loved Aaron's but I encourage you to avoid this store.
- OVOmeida VargasSep 11, 20205.0I am very satisfied with the way Ms Uvia treated me at Aaron's she is a wonderful, welcoming, easy to talk to and always doing her best to accommodate customers with what they need as for the staff great people very friendly tend to feel comfortable with the staff, wonderful people. I highly recommend people to do business with Ms Uvia she is an understanding and going over and beyond to assist customers. I will always recommend Aaron's to family and friends. Ms. Uvia is a wonderful god sent lady she is always greeting people with a smile inside and out. Always quick to look into what her customers request, looking for. She made me feel so comfortable Now Mr. Scott the manager is a very rude person. For being manager I felt so uncomfortable talking to him concerning an issue on my tv. He is in a wrong kind of job. He to me is misrepresenting Aaron's. If it wasn't for Ms Uvia I would of taken my business elsewhere. Thank you Aaron's for having her and the staff there to welcome us customers with a way that gets you to trust and believe your items are delivered on time and one is treated as family. Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
