The issue is not your service, its the fact that you offer a good rate, then double it in 2-3 months and someone like me leaves! I wish there was a better, long term focused ( at least a year) rental and customer retention plan. I think you will be a great resource for many automotive enthusiasts like me, to store vehicles. However there has to be some middle ground as far as your rates go and focus on somewhat of a longer rental period than 2-3 months.
