It took 30 minutes to provide all of my information, including my credit card details, just to reserve a parking spot. Then, two hours later, I received a call saying the spot was never actually available. The nearest outdoor parking space they could offer was over 7 miles away, and they wouldn’t honor the original price or the promotion I had been given. The entire experience was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating.

My wife and I were needing to place our RV in a place that provided covered protection, electricity, security, and availability that met our needs.
We made the call they gathered all info and we were given our spot that meet our needs and they text our gate code directly to us that day.
