We always come to this Lowe’s for the kids’ workshops, and we really enjoy it. It’s much less packed and crowded compared to Home Depot, which makes the experience more relaxed and enjoyable.
The store also feels more organized, and everything runs smoothly during the events. Overall, a great place for family-friendly activities!

Very poor service and customer care from the manager of the appliances department.
I waited for over 40 minutes to be assisted while he was helping another customer. At first, I was patient and understanding. It’s important to mention that we were planning to purchase all the appliances for my home, so this was a significant sale.
I stayed attentive, expecting to be next in line. However, suddenly another customer arrived, and he chose to assist them instead. When I asked, he told me that another associate would come to help me, even though I had been waiting much longer and was clearly next.
This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Very poor handling by the person in charge of that department.

This review is for the Lowe's in Tomball on FM 2920: I bought 10 big bags of gardening soil. Asked cashier to call someone to help me load, but nobody came. I am a senior and walk with a cane since I lose my balance. I had to wait for my husband to come along to help me. He, too, cannot be doing too much lifting. When we got home I told my husband to unload when his back was better. My son eventually came and set up our garden for us. Seniors aren't appreciated at Lowe's garden center.
