HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! Bought a new dryer from this Lowe's and 15 days after purchase it stopped working...was told by female assistant manager(which was extremely cold)that on any major appliance the customer has 48 hours to return or exchange appliance for ANY reason...after that it's ENTIRELY up to the customer to contact the manufacturer and get help under the manufacturer's warranty....WRONG ! There's a little thing called a manager override that the manager can do to help the customer in ANY situation but it is at the manager's discretion....ALSO she NEGLECTED to mention that since I purchased the appliance with my Lowe's card I INDEED had 30 days to return or exchange my purchase for ANY reason...I found out this VITAL information only after contacting the corporate customer care center...my suggestion to ANYONE making a major purchase from this location do not even bother dealing with the management if you have any issues with your purchase go STRAIGHT to corporate for help because this location's management is lacking to say the least

My mom and I were there last week. She is 82 and I am 62 female. I am handicap. I forgot my walking cane and needed a scooter. I was looking around and asked your mechanical people for help. I was pointed to 2 down the aisle. Noone offered to get one for me. They both needed to be charged. So went back to your mechanicle cashiers and asked for some help and some water. I was told if they weren't inside they would be outside. I finally asked for a manager. She brought one to me and she got me some water. The water was right there with your cashiers the whole time! When we left noone said thank you. My mom and I have spent about $3500. there is the last 3 months! Your employees must be miserable that's why they could care less. We will never be back there. Total disregaurd and total disrespect. Such a culture of people that don't give a damn. There is a guy near appliances. If you ask him for help he always says he is in merchandising. Cheap labor, cheap pay cheap results.

Another great trip to a Lowe's I've not been go before. Had the garden spade I wanted and got out of there. Huge parking lot. Plenty of room for trailers too. Great location and always comfortable inside too.
