We purchased a lawn mower almost 2 months ago. Mowed our lawn twice and now it doesn’t want to run. Tried to take it in to replace it but was told that it was over 30 days (45 to be exact) and they wouldn’t do an exchange. I could understand if it had been like 6 months or we just wanted our money back but we just wanted a lawn mower that works! Spent about $600 on this lawn mower and it won’t stay running. Lowe’s has a very very poor customer service when it comes to taking care of their customers! We will no longer be using this company for anything anymore. We are stuck with a new but broken lawn mower and now have to go purchase another one.

I am a disabled veteran and above-knee amputee, and this store turned a simple trip for lumber into a nightmare of pure physical torment.
I needed a few pieces of lumbar to build a hamster cage. Staff directed me to self-checkout, where I paid. The woman then casually informed me that she had no idea who sent me there and that I now had to push my cart all the way back to the lumber department myself — on one leg. No apology. No offer of help. Just cold indifference.
With my stump throbbing and my remaining leg already burning from the effort, I shoved that heavy cart across the endless store like a broken man crawling through a battlefield. They told me to wait 20 minutes for a cut. The store was nearly empty. Twenty agonizing minutes of standing on one trembling leg, muscles screaming, sweat pouring, my knee buckling and shaking violently under the strain. Every second felt like my leg was about to snap and leave me collapsed in a heap on the floor, gasping in pain.
I couldn’t take another minute. My body was shutting down. I turned around and painfully dragged that cart back across the store on one exhausted, quivering leg just to return everything. The whole ordeal left me feeling like I’d been tortured.(not in AFG but right in my home town)
Home Depot has actual human beings with basic decency and far better customer service. This place showed zero respect for a disabled veteran who lost a limb serving this country. My family, my business, and I will never set foot in this hellhole again. Stay far away.
