  Service was good but the delivery people literally suck bad communication and the customer service who called me to reschedule my delivery was rude and literally was telling me I was lying on what the delivery guy had told me about he been waiting for over 15 minutes. The delivery guy called me to ask me for my apartment complex gate code and only waited like 5 minutes and not the 15 minutes he mentioned. Not buying from this place again. My first delivery was incomplete which that was not informed as well.

  I want to sincerely thank Hannah at American Furniture Warehouse for the incredible customer service she provided. She was patient, knowledgeable about the furniture and stock available, and truly went above and beyond to help me create a matching office set by thoughtfully combining pieces from both the office and living room sections. I was especially impressed by her dedication. I mentioned that I was starting my master’s program the very next day and had already been everywhere — including the Katy location — without much help or luck finding what I needed. Hannah immediately took that to heart and did everything she could to make sure I could start this new chapter stress-free, without having to wait weeks for furniture to arrive. She truly lifted a huge weight off my shoulders during an already overwhelming time. Her kindness, effort, and commitment made all the difference, and I’m so grateful for her help. American Furniture Warehouse is lucky to have someone like Hannah on their team!

  Mi experiencia con Jackie Lozano , fue excelente. Supo entender perfectamente lo que quería para mi nuevo hogar, brindándome apoyo, paciencia y profesionalismo en cada paso del proceso.   Salesman was great. Department managers don’t communicate with each other. The should offer mattress removal considering any stain even one smaller than 3” they refuse to take to their shredder. We were told by sales they would remove old mattress and confirmed so with logistics. We were told we didn’t pay for removal just a timed delivery. This was a new program but their store 99.00 delivery and removal confirmed while we were in the store . When delivery made we were told they knew nothing about it and if the mattress wasn’t in new like condition they would not take it any wayThis was our first and last purchase with this company.

  My experience with the sales associate was great; he was attentive and patient while we decided on our purchase. This why I’m giving AFW two stars. However, the delivery process was where everything went wrong. I purchased a white couch, and while I understand AFW is considered a value brand, they still need to maintain higher standards. The first couch delivered was noticeably dirty. I was frankly offended when they offered to clean it rather than replace it, so I refused the delivery. Although I was promised a brand-new item the following day, they attempted to deliver the exact same sofa. What they didn't realize was that I had taken pictures of the original stains, which were still present and in the same locations. AFW’s handling of this felt incredibly disrespectful. There should be a strict protocol for delivering sensitive items like white furniture. I have since returned the item and am disappointed that I now have to spend more at a big-box store just to ensure a seamless delivery of a new product. I am highly disappointed and doubtful I will shop here again. Truly, you get what you pay for."
