  This is absolutely thr greatest store that I have ever been too for all of my new home needs. My family couldn't be more thankful to Sandy and the crew there in Conroe, TX for all of the attention and care we have received each time we have entered. I want to say thank you to everyone there. Even the delivery service was extremely friendly and helpful in setting everything up for us for my daughter's new bedroom. The amount of fantastic leadership in Conroe performed fully reflects through each team member that I have had the pleasure of interacting with. For those who are reading all of the ONE STAR reviews, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to identify what most of them have in common. The spelling, punctuation and incorrect or failed usage of words should tell you all that you need to know from these angry customers. It makes sense and comes with no surprise seeing that the negative reviews are coming from clearly uneducated, angry and emotional individuals. These negative reviews are poorly written with incomplete sentence structutes, incorporating no substance and with spelling so terrible that not even auto-coreect could come in for the save. Undoubtedly, these ONE STAR reviews are submitted by people who I'm willing to bet have verbally and with a signature declared that they agree with and understand a contract that is clearly way above their reading and comprehension level. It's in a broke and impulsive consumer's nature to deceive themselves, as well as the business they are transacting with that the payment and/or return and exchange policies outlined in the contract are fully understood, reasonable and manageable. Even though everything in their mind is processing like a can of alphabet soup with no vowels, they barely capable of knowing that the only way out of the store with what they came for is to be fully agreeable and confident with fulfilling their responsibilities. Finally, when it's time for the ONE STAR reviewer to follow through with their commitments and aren't able too, or it's too inconvenient, or expect the business fullfil the actions required of the customer, they then resort to whine and cry because they were "never told" or that "their significant others were called to find out where they are" with the money they owe and continue to try and avoid the business.

  My grandmother has told them repeatedly to take the chair back she didn’t want it anymore. They refuse to contact her back to end the contract. They refuse to pick up item and still charge her. Do not go here horrible people and taking advantage of an older woman. I repeat do not go here they will not honor there own contracts
