- NPNicolas Phillips5 days ago4.0It's fine, it's Lowe's, you get exactly what you expect, plus the staff answered my questions and offered solutions to my issue. However, I found out that they no longer cut any wood in store that is thicker than an inch, and they only allow 2 cuts per board. So you can essentially only cut plywood, so if you're a DIYer, and don't own a saw, I would suggest going somewhere else.

I picked out a scrap of plywood and he trimmed it down to where I needed and gave me advice on paint for my mud kitchen project. I stopped in early to pick up flowers and weed spray, and everything was easy to find and well stocked. The plant staff are incredibly knowledgeable and always so helpful-they really make the garden section enjoyable with all the beautiful selections. Also, a big shoutout to the cashiers who are friendly and welcoming even at 6:30 AM. It’s not easy to be that upbeat so early, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. Always a pleasant shopping experience.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
