Went to lowes to buy some wood and supplies for my new business. Couldn't get any help at all waited for over 20 minutes. Dud hear a page for customer assistance but no one came. Guess I'm driving to Home Depot. By the way it was my 1st time here really bad customer service.

The lady in the store though, Pam, was nice. I bought the unit because of her.
On delivery, associate turned his back, walked away and said thanks. I could hardly believe he had finished. Minimal instruction, no checking if ice box worked, no discussion about temp controls. No paperwork to sign. Basically, just walked off.
Then I was not happy with the fridge. 48 h warentee is ridiculous. It took 8 calls to get to someone who could help with the return at the store, and 7 of these rang of the hook (the operator did pick up 3x but did not stay on the call to see it had been forwarded to a person). Eventually organized a return through assistant manger.
The fridge seemed poorly constructed even thought it was Whirlpool. A dealer told me after Lowes get fridges from name brands, including Whirlpool, BUILD TO THEIR OWN LESS RIGOROUS SPECS. Buyer beware. If this is true companies are selling their reputations to big box stores who trick customers into thinking they are getting that brands quality.
I did not learn though. I ordered a cabinet for delivery through Lowes online. Waited in all day for delivery 12 h window, and it did not arrive. Oh man!

OUTSTANDING customer service!! I came into Lowe's during a storm looking for a specific chew that I needed to calm my dog down, and the employees were determined to help me find the item! (I believe their names were Chance and Staci.) We went back and forth trying to find it in the store, and they ended up finding it up high on a storage shelf. They wheeled out the giant stairs and got it for me! I know people who have problems with the website, but the *team* at this store is fantastic, they know what they're doing and go above and beyond. I will definitely return to this location when I need anything they carry in the future.
