THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY WARRANTY AND SELL JUNK AND TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE IF DELIVERED DAMAGED BECAUSE IT IS NON REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE. MY SOFA IS ONE MONTH OLD AND IS STRUCTURALLY UNSOUND.

It was under warranty, so I called them to replace the remote. They sent a guy to her house a week later, and he said it needed a remote, but he didn’t have one, La-z-Boy would have to order it, and he would have to come back out. Now La-z-boy says it could be another 3 weeks to get the remote. This is totally unacceptable. I would not buy from La-Z-Boy again, especially this location.

But my no-pressure salesman didn't "stalk" me, gave me plenty of time to look around on my own. He answered all my questions and made suggestions.
