Staff, great. Price, great, INITIALLY. Signed out at roughly $70 a month. Over the course of I believe two years, this slowly climbed to about $200. That's almost x3. I would've stayed longer had the price at least stayed reasonable. I was told it was automated price control, and seasonally it swings. It never went back and forth though. If you rent, EXPECT the price to only ever INCREASE, and by a lot. Only do temporary (~6mo scale).

This place is supremely clean. I had the fortune of renting one of their climate-controlled units. Initially, I called by phone and the person who assisted me was extremely kind, guiding me through the entire process. They helped me find the storage unit that best suited my needs since I only needed it for a few days. Everything they described over the phone was accurate, and all my questions were answered correctly. After about a month, I canceled the storage since I only needed it short-term, and it was extremely easy to do so. Whenever I visited, the facility was always spotless, climate-controlled, and secure. I consistently received great service whenever I spoke with the staff. Therefore, I’m giving them five stars and would absolutely rent a storage unit here again.
