I'm incredibly grateful for this facility and the two employees I spoke with. I'm a disabled veteran, my memory is not great. I'm not at all confident of the young lady's name, but I believe Jess was the rep I spoke with the day after memorial day and she was so helpful and kind, following up with details of my online reservation. I ended up needing to cancel, so Milton was the one who took care of me today. Both of them are top notch with customer service. I received an email and a text to confirm my cancellation. Once I can sort through my belongings, I will be storing with this location in the near future. To the manager/owner: Thank you for hiring genuinely good people
