To Chris & Beth and the entire Southern Charm Pools Team: My wife and I hired Southern Charm Pools this past June to construct our backyard pool and spa project, which consisted of a free form in-ground pool (measuring 100 linear ft in perimeter), heated spa, waterfall feature, bubblers, and pool equipment yard with concrete flatwork for the new outdoor patio area and surrounding the pool perimeter. The concrete flatwork was finished with a limecrete surface treatment which gives the appearance flagstone. The automation system (Aqualink) for the pool and spa is easy to use and allows us to control all pool functions from our smart phones using the Aqualink App. The project took about 2 months to complete from start to finish including proposal preparation and approval, design layout and development, city permitting, selection of finishes at the design center, coordination and delivery of the pool equipment and building materials, project construction, city inspections, and installation of final project finishes in the pool/spa and patio area. The entire process was seamless, professionally performed, and executed in a truly outstanding manner. Southern Charm Pools overall work efforts were expertly coordinated with two sister companies: Yard Works who installed a new coveted patio, outdoor kitchen, and gas fireplace and a professionally installed technology system (TV’s and sound system) by AAL Custom Media around the pool and patio areas. The overall project turned out even better than we had imagined and completely exceeded all our expectations! The project superintendent, Mike did an amazing job leading the Southern Charm Pools construction team and Gevin (the Service Manager) conducted our end of project pool school and taught us how to use the pool automation system on our Smart phones. Thank you Southern Charm Pools for the exceptional work performed by your remarkable construction team and the great coordination of your work effort with both the covered patio and technology companies. I also wanted to say thank you for the follow-up work to professionally clean our exterior windows following the project completion! It is this extra customer care and service that sets your company apart from all the others! Best regards, Garrett and Susan Sullivan

Southern Charm listened to us at the initial meeting, and offered the pool we wanted. The construction process was smooth and efficient. The construction manager Mike kept things flowing and exceeded all of our expectations. Their post-construction support has been excellent.

Mike, Chris and Gavin cannot thank you enough ! We had an outstanding experience working with this pool building company from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality truly set them apart. From the initial design consultation to the final walkthrough, every step was handled with care and clear communication. The team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and brought our vision to life even better than we imagined. The craftsmanship is exceptional—every detail of the pool, from the tile work to the finish, reflects high-quality work and pride in what they do. What impressed us most was their reliability and transparency throughout the entire process. They stayed on schedule, kept us informed, and were always available to answer questions. Any small concerns we had were addressed quickly and professionally. Now, our backyard feels like a private resort, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-built pool and a stress-free experience. Great job 👏🏻
