  Jestin in the garden area. He was very helpful, communicated very well and got everything that needed. He also helped me load my items in my truck. That man deserves a raise!

  Lowe's has won me over as a permanent customer. The staff here is so polite and helpful compared to other stores in the area. I came in looking for weed killer, was greeted warmly, and found the product immediately. Thank you to the team for making it a quick and pleasant shopping trip.

  I have a Lowes store in my town, however, I much rather drive farther and go to the Celina store. The staff is very friendly and I always see them offering help to the customers. I am an older woman and sometimes I feel invisible when I try to get help at other retail stores, however at this Lowes location I truly feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I hope the staff gets the recognition they deserve because they truly make my shopping experience a pleasant one.

  Had an idea today when I went there looking for brad nails. They weren't I expected. How about a map and a directory. Would have saved me 10 minutes.

  We had an outstanding experience at Lowe’s Celina. Manny helped us get the best deal and guided us through choosing the right appliances for our new home. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. April was amazing in helping us select our blinds and shades. She was incredibly courteous, took the time to understand what we needed, followed up with emails, and even called to make sure we were happy with our choices. Her customer service was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Kimberly, who assisted us with our online blinds and shades order through Lowe’s. She was fantastic, professional, and made the entire process easy and efficient. Overall, the customer service we received was outstanding. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We highly recommend Lowe’s and truly appreciate the excellent service from Manny, April, and Kimberly!
