All these 5 star reviews are requested upon new sign up as new cilents with incentivize $100 raffle or free stuff. Months past by, they will increase your storage price like crazy. I signed up 2 years upfront and paid fully. So 4 months before renewal, i got a n email saying it was a mistake price, they will refund $110 (total 3 months remaining), then they will charge $360 more. Just WOW!!
When you signed a contract and paid upfront, they will NOT honor their own agreement. It's time to move out of this greedy storage
