  A few months ago we were looking to replace the furniture in our living area. I had looked at a couple of other showrooms in the Austin area and we decided to check out the offerings at La Z Boy. Ashley Hastings is the store manager and he was wonderful to work with. He helped us decide on the leather recliners we wanted and then helped us coordinate a sofa and an accent chair that matched up perfectly. We encountered a minor issue with one of the recliners and he personally resolved the issue for us. Ashley was very knowledgeable of the inventory and made the whole experience very pleasant.

  You don't know what you don't know until you experience this Laz-Z-Boy showroom. Alan educated us on just how important the match between body and recliner are by fitting through a vast inventory. Comfort excels with the 4 independent adjustments for feet, lumbar, recline, and head pitch. We were able to further customize with rocker, swivel, and fabric of our choice. Alan took his time to make sure we had correct fit before moving on to all of our choices to customize. We felt like family with Alan and we're sure this chair will be lasting family. Thank you for your sincere integrity, Alan, and your advocacy for finding the best! Wasting your time in a store with 1 or 2 options or blind-buying on line will leave you (and your salespersons) oblivious to what you could have been experiencing all along.

  The first time we went in looking for a sofa and live seat. Ashley was very helpful and didn't try to hard sell us. We actually came back a day later to purchase something on clearance that Ashley had shown us. He was off today, but Teresa was very helpful and we really appreciated her patience with our questions!

  La-Z-Boy used to be a high quality furniture company. Unfortunately are expectations where higher than the quality of the high priced product we purchased. After 4 warranty follow up’s we have been left without a couch that has quickly deteriorated in less than a year from purchase. Poor cushioning, flimsy framing and low quality components that break under use, such as the leg rest gear that have found a way to break apart with daily use. Although our warranty is still honored our patience has worn thin. The cost and inconvenience of being with a couch that is of poor quality has become frustrating. I would say to anyone looking for quality furniture to do their homework on the way the stuff is made. On a positive note the delivery services have been pleasurable and polite every time they come for repairs.
