- AMAndrea MartínezMay 3, 20261.0I went to purchase several wall art pieces because two of them clearly had a 50% off sticker. However, when I got to checkout, I was told that none of them were discounted and all items would be charged at full price. I asked to speak with the manager, and while I understand that mistakes can happen, the situation felt confusing and not very transparent. As a customer, you choose items based on the price you see in the store, so not honoring that price creates a lack of trust. They should review their labeling more carefully to avoid situations like this, or at least provide a more customer-friendly solution when an error occurs. The store has nice items, but experiences like this make you think twice before coming back.

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
