  BEST BUG CONTROL SPOT EVER — I saw a flying roach in my kitchen and I just about had a brain aneurysm, wanted to sell my house and move to the Arctic Tundra!!!!!! Called Bella Bugs and they, despite a full schedule, made it happen for me and sent someone over ASAP!!!!! Gave me a bunch of traps too, for my peace of mind!!!!!! I recommend them to everyone!!!!!

  This company has no consideration for other people’s time. Pat is rude and unprofessional. I requested and was granted a time of 8:30 am on the phone and when I called back to see what the delay was at 8:45 I was told oh your appointment is for a 1 hour window. And that the driver was in Georgetown and I am in Wellsbarnch it does not take 45 mins to travel. Thus lack of consideration. Willful and mindful ignorance. STAY Away!!

  On first visit Hector was prompt and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do and the relevance of each product he was going to use. I was very pleased and am confident his service will make a difference. Have now used Bella Bugs a second time and have set up routine service. Very pleased and happy with the results.
