When I looked online later it is the same price On the Leslie’s website. What a scammer. But wait. The sorry gets better. When I installed the new one late night, the next morning one of the wheels came off and is laying In the bottom of the pool. Looks like a refurbished product not new. I have been a customer for 30 years but you lost me now. When I Needed you most you failed miserably. Mother’s Day pool party is just not meant to be this year. Thanks Leslie’s for hiring a scammer. Also your website and voicemail say you open at 9 am on Sunday. I am at the store and on the door it says 10 am. 30 minute drive each way so I will wait it out. Thanks for wasting more of my time!!!!

The manager here had always been great maybe its changed management. All I need was simple quick grab. 15 minutes standing around while he is perplexed with some customer. I get that but damn dude you could have acknowledged a person at least. Or better yet tried to multi task. I guess amazon will be my go to its almost as fast as with this guy.

I purchased a defective skimmer net that did not even last 30 days. I just asked for an exchange and the manager declined, saying he has a 2 week return policy. I would not recommend a place that would not even do an exchange on a defective product. Not going back again and will notify their corporate office
