Their service is as bad as it gets. We bought a house with a Hydropool Swim Spa only 5 months old. Oasis is the "protected" rep for the area, and no one else can cross into their territory. We literally gave it away because we couldn't get Ernersto to repair it. He would finally show up after lots of excuses but he's totally incapable. We paid him cash several times, but could never get a receipt. It was down for 6 months due to the main panel. A few months later it started leaking and after 14 months of him showing up once in awhile to "try" something else, he never fixed it. In 4 years we only got to use it for about a year because it was always broken. We finally gave it away to avoid paying several thousand in disposal fees. Ernesto lies, says he'll be here but doesn't show. He makes lame excuses, parts never came in but then suddenly didn't need the part, but couldn't fix without the parts. He has no clue when it come to repairs. What good is anything if you can't get service.

When I bought my mattress from Oasis Sleep Outlet I became the proud owner of the most comfortable bed I have ever had. I had never slept so comfortably before. The owners, Annette and Ernesto, are the most accommodating professionals in that they explained the mattress features in such a way as to ensure that I was getting the best product for my sleeping comfort. And they were right! I am very pleased with my purchase. My bed was delivered promptly and set up to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend that you shop at Oasis Sleep Outlet for courteous and professional assistance in mattress buying. And, you can't beat the price of a quality mattress at Oasis. I suggest you buy that special mattress that will surely make your loved one happy for Christmas.
