Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.
Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc.
As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.

The worst of the worst and im not talking about the hot dog vender. These folks manage to screw up just about everything its about a 50/50 chance your going to leave disappointed and form what i can tell its all because of the associates. They either dont care or they have an incentive to screw you out of any value you may find . Installation is the worst ever followed closely by terrible logistics on their home delivery ,if its missing parts or broken ship it and then its about a third of the time to the wrong address and late .cancel a order within a hour and it ships anyway ,in fact that the best way to insure a on time good delivery is to fake em out and cancel it right away then your guaranteed to get it early.they ain’t loosing any sales now that your denying them but when you really want it then its no soup for you. Question every purchase and open the box before you leave. Oh do you want propane hope you have at least a half hour to wait for the one person they trust with the key. Now i can tell you the trick to getting good service here . Show up in a shirt that has the name of a contractor and a big one and watch the service go up to acceptable but not great. Oh and dont trust anyone they have standing around trying to sell you solar and anything like that you may get took they will let anyone who pays stand around and scam you. Do the 11 mile drive to Mansfield its worth it

5 stars for Sarah. Sarah working in the appliance section is seriously amazing. Very professional, hard working, friendly, knowledgeable, and provides top-notch customer service. She made our appliance purchase easy. A few days later we needed to call and change our delivery date. We called the store and customer service said it was not possible and they acted annoyed. They had a weird excuse saying we had a special order and it will take weeks to arrive (we did not have a special order… it was a simple purchase of popular appliances…) We didn’t believe it because when we purchased the appliance, I remember Sarah mentioning we could. The receipt also said we could call the store for changes. So we decided to drive to the store and luckily we found Sarah working. Guess what. Sarah made it 100% possible to change the delivery date by the click of a few buttons, making it easy and hassle free. Thank you, Sarah, for taking such good care of us. She will be our go-to for anything else we need. She is reliable and wants her customers to be happy. The rest of the store so far, we have not had a good experience..

We purchased a Maytag Washer (MVW4505MW2, CF0303448) back on March 8, 2026 from the Lowe's in Burleson, Texas.
The experience with this washer has been a nightmare and are truly disappointed at the lack of customer service and disassociation we have received. The washing quality is so low and so has been the customer service from both Lowe's, Whirlpool and Guinco. This washer's cleaning performance has been poor. Clothes consistently come out overly crumpled- not just lightly wrinkled- even when using the delicate cycle. This indicates that the machine is not handling the clothing properly during the washing process. We went back to Lowe's a week after purchasing the washer, and we were told to reach out to Whirlpool since it has been past the three-day policy. Reached out to Whirlpool and a technician has been sent out twice, the first time we were told how to properly load a washer, ( we have been washing clothes for over 20 years with no previous washer issues) what washer features not to use, etc. We did what this technician said, and the clothing is still coming out damaged. The same technician came out a second time and was overly rude and incompetent- it was clear that he did not want to do the job. Whirlpool wanted to send out this technician a second time so they can call their "troubleshoot" team to see if they can fix it. This should have been done the first time he came to look at the washer. Getting in contact with Whirlpool and their third-party company, GUINCO, is also a nightmare. They don't seem to care about how crucial this is, and the call/complaint just keeps getting passed on with no resolution. We have sent proof- photos and videos and they claim they didn't receive them. There is no empathy from any of the three companies involved in this purchase. We are avid Lowe's customers, but that is about to change. We chose to buy an essential appliance from your company, and the customer service has not matched our loyalty. Does Lowe's not take any responsibility for selling such low-quality product? Is that all you have to offer a two or three-day return policy and that's it? You leave the rest to the customer? We started bringing the issue up a week after the purchase and mind you, we are a working-class couple and it's difficult to take time off work to tend to the disservice of these companies. This has been such a mental anguish for our household and that is not okay. We have done what we were told by all of the companies, and we are still stuck with this low-quality washer and damaged clothes. We have exhausted our resources; Whirlpool/Guico don't return calls, emails, etc. We are not asking for anything free, we just want what's right.
