Delivery was prompt. Delivery personnel, Felix and Juan, were friendly, efficient, careful, and considerate bringing purchase into our home and setting it up.

Eugene was THE BEST salesmen I’ve very worked with. Knowledgeable, but also kind, and not pushy at all. The delivery service was super quick, and they took great care to make sure everything was set up exactly as we wanted it!

The salesman (Eugene Smith) and the manager were both extremely helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable and patient, they let me take my time in making my mattress decision and answered all questions- even reiterated repeats, with patience and cheer. The delivery team arrived right on time. They, too, were friendly and polite. They carefully handled the mattress and navigated around household furniture and decor. Five star service all the way around.

From our first time walking in the door and being assisted by Loring (who helped us find exactly what we were looking for) to Dwayne assisting us with the final purchase, we have never been more satisfied. We highly recommend Star Furniture!
