There were four plants in poor shape broken leaves, yellowing stems and I asked if they could offer a discount. The cashier stepped away to speak to zulema im guessing she was at a higher position than the cashier. basically talking in her ear. I thought that was rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately, Zulema didn’t even look at the plant and just told me they couldn’t discount it since it wasn’t on clearance section. Overall, I felt the service was dismissive, and the staff didn’t seem concerned about customer concerns. Disappointing experience.

Jahaziel was patient and helped us find what we needed. We even left the store with more products, so he's a great salesman too. I just wish employees had more support and help from the store.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
