This location is professionally managed by Jacky Martinez; she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful providing the best possible customer service! All units are air conditioned, so it is very pleasant when you need to visit your stored items. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Lorenaly in Brownsville, TX.

I started renting here less than a year ago at a promotional rate of $69/month. Since then, they have increased my rate three separate times. My monthly bill has now skyrocketed to $253/month for the exact same space.
Raising the price by nearly 4x in under a year is completely predatory and unreasonable. They lure you in with a low introductory price and then take full advantage of you once your belongings are inside. Unacceptable business practices—look elsewhere.
