I had a wonderful experience with Victor at Furniture Row while helping my mother purchase a Denver Mattress. Victor went above and beyond to make sure my mother felt comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient and took the time to answer every question thoroughly, never making us feel rushed or pressured. He listened carefully to my mother’s needs and made sure she understood all of her options before making a decision. His knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It’s not often that you come across someone who provides this level of customer service. Victor made what could have been an overwhelming experience easy and enjoyable. My mother left feeling very happy and confident with her purchase, and we are truly grateful for the time and care Victor gave us. Thank you, Victor, for treating my mother with such respect and patience. Furniture Row is lucky to have you!

He took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt confident in my purchase. I was even more impressed when he mentioned he was new to the job because you honestly wouldn’t have known it! His professionalism, attentiveness, and customer service were outstanding. Thank you, Victor, for making this such a pleasant experience! Highly recommend asking for him!
