I live out of town- and coming home to Belton presents a lot of challenges- when mom had to move into assisted living, quick decisions led me to storing several pieces of furniture and other things that neither she nor I could part with- at least yet! Now that she has passed, I still need the space and I stopped by to make sure my auto payments were good and to update my info. Christopher and Ashely were terrific! They quickly checked everything and also even managed to add in a discount which I was so grateful for! The location is great- so easy to slide into, and the units are always clean - a big plus! In addition, there are several aids around to help with moving awkward items. I also like that the access is good, security is a plus, and well, the people are nice and reaponsive!

We stopped in Extra Space Storage to possibly rest a storage unit. The staff is very friendly, professional, and personable. The storage units are clean and have a lot of space. So we decided to rent a space here!
