I am writing this review on behalf of Christina, the location manager. She has been an absolute joy to work with. She is ethical, honest, fair, and professional. More importantly, she listens to her customers, finds solutions, and thinks outside the box. She is an excellent manager who is very good at her job, and this company is fortunate to have her.
The only issue I have is not a reflection of Christina but of the property's maintenance practices. The walkways and driveways are cleaned with a leaf blower, and unfortunately, the debris is blown underneath the storage unit doors instead of toward the grass or another appropriate area.
When I opened my unit to move out, I found dust, dirt, and leaves covering many of my belongings. Some items, such as the binders I use to organize important information, became so dusty that they had to be thrown away. Anything I kept that wasn't stored inside a box will now need to be cleaned. Unfortunately, cleaning these items is not easy for me because I have a condition called MCAS, which causes severe histamine reactions to dust and debris.
I also had a unit here for almost two years. During that time, I paid nearly $3,000 because the rental rates increased approximately every three to six months. Keep that in mind when deciding whether to store your belongings, because in many cases, it simply isn't worth it. It would have cost about the same to replace many of these items with new ones, without having to deal with dust damage or the time and health impact of cleaning everything. In addition, I had to clear out the unit myself and rent a moving truck, which cost nearly $200. The labor that I went through and the aches and pain was definitely not worth it. LOL
Hindsight is always 20/20, so I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. If you need to use a storage facility, I recommend choosing an indoor, climate-controlled unit. Extra Space has near by locations that are much better choice. It will provide much better protection for your belongings and help prevent issues like this.
My only suggestion is to direct the leaf blower away from the storage units and toward the grass or another area where debris won't end up inside customers' units. If not for this issue, I would gladly give this location five stars.

I stopped by to buy some packing materials. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The manager was very professional. She was able to get me everything I needed. The price points are even better than Walmart. The of the stuff is even better. If you need packing thing must go to the Bedford location. Thanks for everything.
