- GDgreg dodgeMay 12, 20261.0I dealt with the outside Sales Rep Deondre Veasey that assured me a tech would come out and spend a whole day to thoroughly diagnosing an issue with our system going into a soft trip and setting off the alarm panel. He quoted me $2K. I agreed but the tech spent less than 30 minutes looking around and then said he couldn't find anything wrong with the system. Deondre suggested we just replace the system and quoted me $30K. The next day, the alarm tripped again & so I called out another company. They found several pin holes in the pipe that were leaking and causing the system to bleed down. When I emailed Deondre the findings of the other company, he replied "Currently, we do not offer reimbursement for labor or diagnostic costs." including mis-diagnosis and charge me $1,300. I wouldn't waste my time or money with this company.

I would highly recommend them and would absolutely use their services again. Their customer service is truly exceptional—something that’s hard to find these days! Thank you to this excellent team!
