    I try to write positive reviews but this situation was so infuriating that I decided to write this review. For two days in a row, I could not find an employee to help me with wire, either locked in a cage, or loose to be cut to length. The first night, I pressed the Ask for Associate button on the cage, and heard over the loudspeaker every 20 or 30 seconds, the LOUD beeps, "Special Assistance needed at package wire". I heard that for however long it announces. Nothing. I did it again. Same situation, nothing. I saw more than one employee walking around. One even started my way, looked down at this device and change directions when he saw I noticed him. I know not just anyone can do every role, but my God. I left after literally 25 minutes of not finding anyone come close enough to speak up. Day two, a Thursday at 4pm. Same situation. This time after pressing the associate button 3 times and waiting after each time, I heard a voice of an employee ask for assistance at wire. This time I waited for 20 minutes without being directly acknowledged, since nobody came near that section. I left again, empty handed and went to a competitor to get what I needed. This is beyond absurd. I don't want an apology, or a number to call because until something changes, that's going to keep happening and at this point I'm burnt out on "sorries". I don't need an apology, I need product. I don't know if management is unaware that this is happening, but start making changes somewhere because this is stupid.

    I would not use this location. No one knows what they’re doing. They can’t cut wood and if they do cut wood, it’s $2.50 per piece which we have never paid for your military discount does not qualify for anything anymore or any longer. And their employees are not trained properly and then they want to get rude and disrespectful. They’ve lost my business permanently. this is the worst Lowe’s I have ever visited and shopped.

    Lowe's beaumont is such a disappointment! I purchased a refrigerator from them. They delivered it to me broken. It has a 2 year warranty and when I told them it was broken they said it was my problem! Ladies be careful they play on the words that warranty is not a guarantee. Only at Lowe's can they have a broken item in their warehouse deliver it to you and tell u oh. Well ...its your problem! I will never shop here again!

    Had a delivery scheduled, told them the time I needed delivered, as I work. Totally dismissed my note on order stating no one would be home until 5:00. Cannot speak to anyone that knows anything about that!!! Come on Lowes your a multi million dollar company, your customers deserve better!!!!
