I really was hoping that after 30 months of storage I was going to be able to give extra space storage a good review. However, the facility was not clean and corporate decided they will greedily place their profit margin over the value of their reputation and the satisfaction of their customers. As expected, the rates kept going up on a 5x10 reaching $135 monthly. Then on the final month after only 14 days of usage that month I closed the storage and the manager himself who oversees this facility refused to prorate us and would not even give us a single dollar as a refund. The facility was decent, not good not bad. To add insult to injury, the manager stated that he could force the issue to corporate and get us prorated but that he refused to do so even though we have been loyal customers for 30 months and pay into his salary. People always show you who they really are.
Remember before you make your decision to store here that this company placed greater value on $65 dollars, rather than give back to our family the money which we were owed by protating which we would have spent on diapers for our infant daughter.
On a positive note, my storage was never broken into so there's that..
