  I am providing a photo in Real Time because I know that there exists people who will just say negative things for the sake of being bitter. A review of my reviews will confirm I tend to be very positive in my feedback. Unfortunately that is not possible now. The place itself is fine. Clean and there are plenty of machines available although they are comparatively HIGH price wise. My primary complaint is the lack of professionalism from the staff and the BIGGIE: that as a completely cashless card-based system, if using a debit as many of us do, you are forced to deposit a minimum of $10 per re-up even if you only need $1-2 to add time to a dryer. That’s ridiculous. And it doesn’t take into consideration the people like myself who don’t and won’t return with any frequency. Also do NOT leave soap or dryer sheets at home because the charge is astronomical.

  No a/c, I read a review saying a/c not working. Truth be known, if be willing to bet temp on a/c is turned way up so as to cut down on light bill. Owner thanked one reviewer for, "bringing it to their attention"! C'mon man be honest. Of all the washers in this place, if picked one that the soap dispensers don't work properly. I reported to staff that I paid for extra wash and soap didn't dispense for extra wash and she responded saying sometimes the washer does that and that when she sees washer being used, she pours water into dispenser so soap enters the tub!!! The lady went on to say she'd restart the machine for me. I suggested a sign me posted on machine but of course that fell on deaf ears. I pulled my things out of washer and loaded into one of the driers which btw, cost $3.25 to use. I wonder why management sells dryers at 30 minutes at a time? Some folks garments don't require 30 min! Never again!!!! Oh, it's still very hot in this place!

  That $0.99 cent day did me good, except how that one lady took half the machines just to wash like 5 pieces of clothes smh.

  Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful attendants. Clean facilities and machines. Love the back to school Thursday lower washer prices. I think the lower washer prices should be a constant bonus. Keep it interesting by changing the day you have lower washer prices. G. Green

  Im not one to give reviews, I've been coming to this laundry mat off and on since they opened. I wanted to give a shout out to one of their employees, her name Lisa. She is ALWAYS super helpful and kind to anyone who needs it. She is always cleaning or doing laundry and very attentive.
