do not use curbside pickup at this location. It took 25 min for someone to come to me to tell me sorry for the wait and that someone else would help me. It took another 10 minutes to get my mulch that I was getting, but two of my other items were missing. I had to go to the counter and ask about my two other items and one of them was not going to be ready today even though it said it would be and the other one it took forever for them to find it. In total I spent 50 min at the store for a curbside order that should have taken 10. I live very far away so I do not come often but u will not be ordering curbside ever again, they just don’t have it togther on that end

If I could give this review a 0 star rating I would. Purchased a stove on 3/24/26. Have been given the run around. Called the warranty protection purchased from Lowe’s said they couldn’t fix the issue. Called Samsung they’re not willing to fix it as well. Lowe’s claims manufacture defect, Samsung is claiming mishandling from shipping and receiving. Both Beatrice from the warranty purchased from Lowe’s and Mike (Manager at Baytown) were very rude and unprofessional. Mile hung up on me after saying have a great day. And Beatrice just laughed it off and kept repeating smug remarks.

We shop regularly for residential and commercial at the Baytown Lowe’s on Garth. We primarily shop at the Pro Desk and I want to make mention that this team is cut from a different cloth. Under the leadership of Mike the assistant store manager and Kathy the Pro supervisor this team always goes over and beyond. Whether it’s filling an order, resolving issues or loading the experiences have always been met with the highest standards of customer service. It’s actually fun to shop at this particular Lowe’s. Everyone at the pro desk, including Nicole, Edmundo, Fashia, Maria and the two cashiers Bambie and Maria are a joy to work with. They always go over and beyond and we want to publicly acknowledge and thank them for their dedication to customer service. This Lowe’s Baytown team rocks!!!

Waited for 40 minutes they had an aisle closed for a customer specifically for the Lowe’s associates just to be talking and starring at each other saying it was gona be awhile before we could go down the aisle.
