The lady helping me pick out some material was so rude and talking under her breath, not willing to help at all I like here in Baytown and will never shop at this location again as in Rude employees will ruin your business Customers goes not feel welcome at this location in Baytown. Will have to drive go humble in needed or go to Walmart. .

Because coffee plus crafts shopping is usually going to result in a potty break halfway thru the browsing.) I dislike how the manager stands and doesn't help check but I assume that's a theft prevention, so can't dock them for it. Pricing is ok. Clearance for this store is epic. I always find goodies. Anyway. I'll be back. Probably tomorrow. Keep it up HL!
