We bought and paid for an expensive fridge to be delivered to a brand new home in Lockhart. Delivery date set weeks in advance. Delivery time was set between 4pm & 7pm. After multiple calls late in the evening, the fridge shows up around 11pm. I received a notification shortly after midnight that the job was completed. We bought this home for our son and 3 year old granddaughter. I did a private Lowes review expecting a manager and or corporate to call and explain. Not one word. As a customer that has spent over $50k as we remodeled a large home in our hometown, they decided to blow us off. I'm going back to home depot.

Do not make plans that depend on same day delivery. They use a third party they have little control over. You will not get updates or status reports. My handyman will have to come back another time due to missed delivery.

When I made the decision to buy a riding lawn mower, Lowe's was one of the first places I went. That was a mistake! The associate that helped me was not very friendly or helpful. They gave me a mower that had been sitting out in the weather for who knows how long. The owner's manual that was with it was wrinkled, falling apart and had mildew on it and when I asked if we could start it to test it out they said they didn't have gas to test it and if the battery didn't work just bring it back. When I got it home and put gas in it, of course the battery was completely dead. So I bought a charger, charged the battery and tried to start it and of course it wouldn't start. By this time I decided to just return the mower, get my money back and go somewhere else. So, when I get back to the store to return the mower they tell me they can't accept the mower back with gas in it and I would have to drain the gas out before they would give me a refund. The associate said they sell siphon kits. So, after looking for this siphon kit and not being able to find it, the only help I got from them was to be told it was on an aisle that it was not on. So, I went to a different store, bought a siphon and a gas can ($40) and siphoned the gas out. I finally got my refund, but the customer service at this store sucked!
