I bought a refrigerator out right, set up the delivery day for 3 days later. The refrigerator never showed up. Which isn't in itself that bad but the lack of communication is atrocious. They didn't call, text, email or anything to let me know about any issues or rescheduling needs. Edit: Went when they opened. They didnt seem to care, about not meeting their promised appointment. Speaking with then was frustrating because they didnt forth coming with the information. I had to keep asking question about when and if it was going to be deliver to get the information. Wouldn't recommend buying from here if you are restricted on time.

- SWsanissa walkerJun 9, 20261.0If I could leave no stars I would I was waiting all day for a delivery of washer & dryer and set I called the store all day no answer I finally got in contact with someone at 6pm and asked for an update on delivery status they said there was issues with the dryer and were trying to get it handled before delivery but the story changed and said that they couldn’t even deliver to my address but they had my address when I signed the lease in store.

Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
