  I had Wolfman Chimney & Fireplace perform a Level II chimney inspection on a home we recently purchased, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first phone call, Jason took the time to explain exactly what the inspection would include and answered all of my questions about the process and their CSIA certifications. That level of transparency is one of the reasons I chose Wolfman. Charles performed the inspection, and he was outstanding. He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was seeing as he worked. He even let me observe the inspection and camera footage, which helped me better understand the condition of my chimney instead of just handing me a report at the end. Unfortunately, the inspection revealed that the chimney was unsafe to use due to glazed creosote buildup. Because that’s such a significant diagnosis, Charles had Jason review the inspection photos as well before confirming the findings. I really appreciated that extra level of diligence rather than making such an important determination based on one person’s opinion alone. At no point did I feel pressured into repairs. They explained the issues, answered every question I had, and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. Even though I ultimately decided not to move forward with their repair quote, I would absolutely trust Wolfman again for chimney inspections and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional chimney company. Thank you to Charles and Jason for taking the time to do things the right way.

  The experience was top-notch. Your office is organized and kept me updated on parts coming in. Your technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They repaired my gas fireplace and taught me how to light the pilot light. Thank you so much!
