Very disappointing experience during what was a serious workplace safety concern. I called the emergency number provided in the email around 5:00 PM regarding a potential fire/safety hazard at our Austin campus. I was initially directed to Dallas, even though the issue was in Austin. I then called the Austin number multiple times. On my fifth attempt, the representative was speaking with someone else and disconnected the call while I was trying to explain that this was an urgent safety matter. When I called back and asked her to please listen, her response became confrontational and she raised her voice. No apology or appropriate assistance was provided. It was extremely frustrating and stressful to spend nearly an hour trying to reach the correct person for a potential fire hazard. Regardless of whether this is an after-hours contracted service, emergency safety concerns should be handled promptly, professionally, and with a clear escalation process.

Repairs are decent. Communication is nonexistent. They never provide quotes and technicians are unable to explain what work was completed. They seem confused in general. They put our system on test and left. No communication on whether this was reversed or not. Very frsutrating talking to them.

I needed a couple of fire extinguishers inspected for my office. I was in & out in 10 minutes. Very friendly and courteous staff.
