    Wow, customer service here is a joke. Apparently I'm not the only person after reading the reviews at this location. I placed an order online a week ago, it was supposed to be ready for pick-up today. The whole reason I had it delivered to the store was because it was "faster delivery." I understand things get delayed but the tracking online was the biggest joke. Yesterday it was in a city two hours away, then shipped all the way north, five hours away. So I called the store tonight (5/19/26) to see if they had a different update on their end. The man child working customer service needs a new job because who tells a customer "I can't find your tracking, I would just cancel and go get one at Walmart." The whole reason I ordered through Lowes was because I had rewards. Then snaps again and says "well, what would you like me to do?" Perfect! So I canceled, and I won't give you my business anymore. It wasn't like I called to blame you for the inconvenience, I was just calling to ask. If you don't know how to deal with unhappy customers in a professional manner, maybe find a different job.

    48 Hours to return an appliance is ridiculous. Why not a 7 day return policy?! Now I’m stuck with a BRAND NEW NON FUNCTIONING REFRIGERATOR. LOWES will not take it back because it’s OVER THE 48 HOURS!

    I’ve been shopping at this Lowe’s for years, and honestly, I have never experienced so many rude and disrespectful employees in one visit. I was already frustrated while shopping and the way I was spoken to and treated throughout my time in the store was very disappointing and completely unprofessional. As a long time customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect, and this experience did not get the kind of customer service I’ve come to expect from Lowe’s over the years. But i will say while checking out at self-checkout, there was an employee Christian who changed the experience for the better. He actually listened to what I had to say, showed genuine concern, and apologized for how everything had gone. He was respectful, understanding, and so nice and sweet one of the only employees during my visit who made me feel heard as a customer. So I thank Christian for changing my mood as I was leaving.

    I placed a curbside order with Lowe’s today for a $2,600 lawn mower and was told over the phone by an employee that the paint wasn’t in great condition and there were a few minor damages, which I was fine with—especially since I was promised a 10% discount. When I went in person to check it out, the experience was completely different. The employee I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. They also denied that any discount was ever offered, even though it was clearly discussed over the phone. Because of their attitude and lack of professionalism, I told them to cancel the order and took my business elsewhere. Completely unacceptable customer service—would not recommend.

    I wish I would’ve gotten his name but I went in because I was moving out and put some serious holes in my wall. In order for me to get my deposit back, I needed to paint the walls and I brought in a tonsil sized paint chip from my walls (I was scared to make it worse). The guy who was stationed at the paint counter was so helpful! He was able to help me match the color identically to my walls even with the smallest of sample! He even helped me pick out a paint brush. This would be my first time doing something like this and I was able to get my deposit back! Thank you so much!
