Most irresponsible store for product return policy for new unused item. Only 48 hours, even while there is a holiday. I strongly recommend boycotting this business.

Dishwasher installed incorrectly. Pretty sure the replacement was the floor model due to the sticker on the front. Just spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to open a locked cabinet to get a google doorbell camera. No one ever showed up after talking to the employee at self checkout who called twice. This place is turning into one of those stores that is only good if you know exactly what you want and exactly where it is.

The staff at this store was helpful and was ready to jump in and assist me and my wife the mower and other power tools. The Lowes that I normally go off of William Cannon don't offer that kind of attention well at least not for me and the wife. This one does.

Came in for a student finder and the stuff needed to secure a bookshelf, and thankfully as soon as I looked even a little puzzled on where to go a friendly employee asked if I needed help! Sam helped me find everything I needed and was so warm and kind, he found everything so fast and gave me great tips on what would be best and how to apply it, I would absolutely nit only recommend coming to this Lowes but also asking Sam for help

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
