  Our experience at this La-Z-Boy location was so disappointing that we will never purchase La-Z-Boy furniture again. My mother, who is in her 80s, had already purchased a chair through another La-Z-Boy store. Because that location did not have DocuSign, she was forced to drive all the way to this store simply to sign paperwork and complete her purchase. From the moment we arrived, the sales associate, Victoria, treated us with unnecessary hostility. Rather than helping my elderly mother complete a simple transaction, Victoria repeatedly questioned us about why we hadn’t purchased the chair from her store. It felt more like an interrogation than customer service. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I have honestly never been spoken to so disrespectfully by anyone working in customer service. The experience only got worse when it came to the extended warranty. We felt pressured to purchase it and asked if it could be removed. We then waited an unreasonable amount of time while someone supposedly checked on it. After waiting long enough, we finally paid the full amount—including the warranty—simply because we wanted to get out of the store. The sad part is that my fiancé and I had every intention of purchasing a couch while we were there. After the way Victoria treated us, that decision was easy—we walked out and will never purchase from La-Z-Boy again. One employee’s rude and unprofessional behavior cost this store not only a couch sale, but any future business from our family. If this is the level of customer service La-Z-Boy considers acceptable, customers should know what to expect before walking through the door.

  Suffice it to say I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANT LAZ-Y BOY FURNITURE. The worst customer service. Extremely difficult to contact anyone and when you do it goes nowhere. The recliner I purchased lost a screw shortly after receiving it. It took two weeks for them to pick it up then practically 6 weeks to “ replace the base”. Not much after it happened AGAIN! Another 2 weeks to have it picked up and now I guess I will see how long before I have it back. I strongly encourage you to consider looking elsewhere for furniture. THIS was MY EXPERIENCE. I certainly do not wish it on anyone else.
