  Arianna is super helpful every time I come in and really knowledgeable about the store things in the store and where to find things she is a great help.

  My day at Hobby Lobby today started out great. I got an art piece that I had really been wanting, even though the frame and the plastic glass on it was cracked, so I got it for more than half off. But let me tell you about this Frame Department in Hobby Lobby because this guy didn't arrive until 2:00. which I'm assuming is when his shift started. fine, but then at 2:30 after I had gone out and grabbed lunch and done some stuff, mind you I've already been to Hobby Lobby once today and dropped this thing off. I came back around 2:30 to check on it to see if it had even been started because the guy that I spoke with said when the frame guy comes back in around 2:00 today I'll try to get him to get started on it. so I thought okay cool, but as it turns out he hadn't started on it but barely. it can't take that long to cut a custom mat and that's really all he had to do. he put the whole thing together for me which he didn't really need to do. I just needed a custom mat cut, because I'd already picked out the frame I was purchasing and I had an art piece to go in it. I just needed a mat board cut. and that was at 2:30 when I first checked in with him after dropping off the piece at least an hour prior maybe more and then at like 3:00 I check back in and he's still kind of working on it but not really and he's obviously helping other people at the counter he's the only guy working in the frame Department. I don't blame him for going to help other customers but he hadn't really started on my thing by 3:00 and I had mentioned like I'm just going to wander around the store a little bit just give me a call when it's ready but I'm going to stay here and so at 3:00 it's not ready at 3:30 it's not ready at 4:00 this slow as Christmas at working pace frame Department guy locks eyes with me and goes to the back and starts working on my thing again and I don't take it out of the store until 4:20. Now the manager I'm assuming he was the manager nice black guy been super friendly with me all day and was super nice and the frame guy apologize multiple times but it just wasn't enough to rectify the fact that I had been at Hobby Lobby for at least 3 hours today waiting on my thing to get done when I also thought I was kind of clear like I was going to hang out in the store for a little bit while you worked on it because it shouldn't have taken as long as he was helping people at the counter like when someone came up and they were picking out a frame or whatever and that's fine. But to spend that long not working on a customer's thing when you know they're in the store waiting for it to be worked on I find kind of ridiculous and I love this Hobby Lobby this is the Hobby Lobby that I prefer to go to if I'm going to Hobby Lobby but they've kind of lost my trust and my faith in them and I'm going to start going to the one of the Arboretum.

  Shout out to Haley!! She was so nice and helpful and got our fabric cut and went out of her way to make sure we got exactly what we needed for our project. She’s awesome!!

  Out of all the Hobby Lobby locations here in Austin, Texas I truly believe that THIS particular location is the absolute best one of them all! NOT ONLY do they always make sure to have everything stocked up and organized well and correctly on every isle. They keep up with maintaining the floors from getting all scuffed up like they usually are in every other Hobby Lobby store. Which actually is a very serious issue that these stores have historically always had EVRYWHERE! The employees are always very kind and patient with me whenever I come inside. They don't hover around me constantly or purposely stay right next to me inside of my personal space bubble. (3 feet around me in every direction is what I consider to be "MY personal space bubble") They also do not get frustrated or blatantly irritated whenever you ask them a question about where something is inside of the store. Instead, they actually stop & try to help you with whatever you need. I realllyyyyy appreciate them for that alone just SO much. Basically long story LONG...lol... this Hobby Lobby is on POINT y'all! It's more than worth it to visit this store if you find yourself needing to go to a Hobby Lobby!!! 5 STARS FOR SURE! KEEP IT UP YOU GUYS! Y'all are truly doing a fantastic job!
