We had two units for 2+ years. For the most part, we were storing stuff there while we were transitioning homes. So this was not a unit that we went to weekly or monthly. What made me come here to give a review was how attentive and pleasant the staff is. The facility was clean and safe, but the staff is what makes it such a special place. We had a few details during move out and of all the vendors we had to work with they were definitely one of the easiest. I really appreciate their level of customer support in more than that. They’re understanding, especially during stressful times like moving.
