  Paul and David are the definition of professional! They are knowledgeable and kind, and it’s evident they care about their work, the space, and their customers. Increasingly rare to find this kind of work ethic at larger companies, but they made me feel taken care of, so I signed up, despite initially being reticent.

  Giving a huge shout out to Paul. He is a very helpful, kind and caring person. Me & my family came looking for a unit, not knowing much about the system. Yet he made it super easy, gave us a tour and went above and beyond for his service. Definitely recommend coming with Paul he is totally awesome!!!

  Choosing this Extra Space Storage location was one of the best decisions I made during my move. What is often a stressful process became seamless, thanks to both the facility and the outstanding staff. Paul is always kind and knowledgeable, clearly taking pride in delivering consistent, exceptional service. And as if having one outstanding team member weren’t enough, there’s more. Recently, I had the good fortune to meet Robert. He radiated the same kindness and commitment to excellence. Without any prompting, he immediately offered a solution to help me, a newbie, figure out the very cool digital access functionality on the app, making the unloading process much smoother. Later, when I misplaced my moving truck keys, Robert stepped in right away to help search and assist however he could. Extra Space Storage, you have two remarkable employees who truly elevate your brand and make a difference for your customers.

  There are so many positive things to say about this Extra Space Storage location and its exceptional staff. The facility itself is pristine—spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. When you meet Paul, you immediately understand why. He is both personable and professional, setting a high standard for customer service. From my very first inquiry over the phone (after having a negative experience at another so-called climate-controlled facility that resulted in damage to my items), to my initial walkthrough and ultimately my move-in, Paul was consistently patient and thorough in addressing all my questions. During one visit, I witnessed firsthand his positive reputation: a customer who had just arrived greeted him by name, and Paul responded in kind—a testament to the relationships he builds. When I had a question that required follow-up, Paul was impressively proactive. Even before I had a chance to follow up with him after leaving a message, he had already started working on a solution and left me an update. In conclusion, Extra Space is fortunate to have Paul on their team. He truly puts the “service” in customer service and is a rare gem in the industry. While I’ve been an Extra Space customer before, I’ve never felt this supported or informed about the process. Because of Paul, this location absolutely deserves five stars.
