Amazing, friendly staff! I can’t say enough about how much Paul helped me during the time I used this storage facility. He was always professional, helpful, and made the entire experience easy.
The facility also felt very safe and secure. I stored my belongings there for several months and never had a single issue. Everything was exactly as I left it. I highly recommend this storage location to anyone looking for excellent customer service and peace of mind.

I’ve had a storage unit here for 4 months at a rate of $48 a month, just got a notice in the mail it’s going up to $96… I was told when I got the unit that when prices go up it’s usually $10-15 at most, did not expect it to double in price. That is just insane and very disappointing.

If you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent service and a great team, I highly recommend this place! I really appreciate that there are always carts available, which makes moving items so much easier.

Paul is a phenomenal manager and he ensured my move-in and out was seamless. He always goes above and beyond without being asked to.
The storage space was also always clean and readily accessible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to store my belongings.

I cannot speak highly enough about this location and its manager Paul. I sincerely mean that. As someone who has had multiple storage units across the country due to the nature of my work (consulting), this has been BY FAR the best experience at any facility and with any manager. The facility itself is new and immaculate: it's clean and you may even catch Paul himself cleaning up little odds and ends around the facility and if he sees you, you will be greeted and welcomed home. Due to the nature of storage units, you tend to get in at a great rate and then annihilated later on with increased costs. Because I end up needing to stay in one location for 1-2 years at a time, I had called and emailed a few storage facilities to see if I could pre-pay a rate or lock-in a rate for an extended period of time. 95% of those calls and emails went completely unreturned. Now this is something that may not always work or be allowed, but Paul did try for me to get the rate kept above what I initially paid but not quite astronomical for ~6 month period. Him just returning my call, making the effort, etc. really meant the world to me.
If you're looking for a great, safe place to leave your things for a little while - please give this facility a consideration. I've been so happy so far and again, a huge thanks to Paul for making an effort to make my storage experience a great one.
