I have used this storage facility for the last few years. It is a great location, clean and very well managed. The staff is the reason I come back. I worked with Johnny Johnson recently and he was very helpful and walked us to our unit to ensure we could find it easily. Best service!

Shadiest business practices I’ve ever experienced. On a given day they just decide to double your rent. Call and they claim they don’t know what happened then reduce the new amount but still offer you a new price higher than your set price you’ve been paying for the whole time. They seem to do this every few months. Last time my rent went from 60 to 80. Now it happens again. They want me to pay 130 for a walk in closet that I’ve been paying 60 for originally. Total scummy practices. Stay away.

Super customer support. Although the road near the facility was blocked by construction, staff guided me to a nearby safe parking and escorted me to my unit as I was new to the facility. It's hard to find truly considerate support these day--kudos to staff!
