- MPMatty PMay 11, 20261.0Shadiest business practices I’ve ever experienced. On a given day they just decide to double your rent. Call and they claim they don’t know what happened then reduce the new amount but still offer you a new price higher than your set price you’ve been paying for the whole time. They seem to do this every few months. Last time my rent went from 60 to 80. Now it happens again. They want me to pay 130 for a walk in closet that I’ve been paying 60 for originally. Total scummy practices. Stay away. Even this response below is so phony. They know what they do. How fake is their response? Geez. lol. I’m good on talking to anyone about it. I already did
