Scott and Carla met us with excellent customer service, including pleasant smiling faces. They were very apologetic about the issue of one elevator not working, I know it was out of their control, but again they were pleasant, and I will definitely rent again!

The people at this Extra Storage really make the difference. I’m a college student who just needed a place for my stuff for a short duration and they made the process seamless. They were also very nice and helpful. 5 stars most definitely and wouldn’t store my things anywhere else.

Everything from registering the unit and moving out was very smooth, facility is clean, controlled, and very trustworthy. Definitely a 10 out of 10 options for storage units! Selah it was also very helpful and accommodating for me when I had questions during my move out!
