  I cannot recommend this Extra Space Storage location enough, and specifically, I want to give a massive shout-out to the manager, Ryan. We were in a tight spot needing a unit immediately for our business, and Ryan truly went above and beyond to make it happen. We hit a few unexpected technicalities and "hoops" during the process, but Ryan didn't just point at the policy—he stepped up to solve the problems. His level of support was the definition of world-class customer service. It’s the kind of care and attention you usually only hope for, but rarely actually receive. He made sure we were accommodated and settled into our unit without further delay. If you’re looking for a storage facility in Austin that actually treats you like a priority, go see Ryan. Professional, proactive, and genuinely helpful—10/10!

  Had an amazingly fantastic time when going into today with inquiries and questions on renting my first storage unit on my own. Had a wonderful and knowledgeable conversation with the manager Ryan. He was so kind, so patient, and helpful! Can’t wait to rent my first unit! :D

  UPDATED 3-4-26: great customer service from Ryan on moving into a new space. UPDATED 11-26 After speaking to Ryan, he was able to negotiate a lower rate that was affordable. I appreciated his customer service and follow-through. My complaint and rating just reflects the corporate policies but Ryan was excellent and also handled my frustration very well. Thank you Ryan. SIGNIFICANT PRICE INCREASE - UPDATED AS OF 11-20-25 I have been storing my items in this location since May and didn't have any issues. I actually downsized to a smaller unit back in August. I just got a notice that they are raising my rate from $68 a month to $125 (in January and included taxes). This is an OUTRAGEOUS INCREASE. I couldn't believe that the increase was almost $50 more. I called the office and spoke to Ryan who initially told me the change was effective on 12-8 and then corrected himself after I said that notice didn't say 12-8 and said 12-24. I terminated my contract immediately after being "reminded" about how my contract was month-to-month and they could raise rates based on availability. I'm pretty sure I was told it was a promotional rate (I actually downsized and switched units). Buyer beware I guess. Will not do business with this company again which is disappointing because I had positive experiences with the manager for the location. ----------------- Great experience with Thomas at this location. He notified me last weekend that my door wasn't closed properly and also helped me secure another cheaper storage unit better suited for my needs. Excellent customer service at this location. Highly recommend!

  Soy cliente desde 2019 y estoy muy agradecido con Juan y Rosie los managers. Siempre muy amables professionales y atentos. Siento muy satisfecho con la seguridad en esta propiedad. Ademas de la seguridad siempre la tienen limpia. Yo recomiende que vengan a renta aqui si quieren buen servicio al cliente.

  I had such a wonderful experience working with Juan Barbosa renting a U-Haul through him and he made everything super transparent and easy I would definitely come back here again
