Excellent customer service!
I stopped by to take a look at the storage units, and Chuck was incredibly helpful. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to show me the different unit sizes so I could find the best fit.
What really stood out was how well he handled multiple customers at once. While he was helping me, the phone rang and another customer walked in. Instead of ignoring either of them, Chuck politely excused himself, answered the phone, and kindly asked the caller if they could hold for a moment. He also greeted the customer who had just arrived and let them know he’d be with them shortly after finishing with me.
You don’t see this level of customer service very often anymore. Chuck made everyone feel acknowledged and valued, and it was truly refreshing. It was a pleasure meeting him, and he made my visit a great experience.

I have two storage units that I’ve been renting for about 2 plus years now. I can honestly say that this is one of the best storage units I’ve ever had. The manager Mr. Brown is very nice patient and works very hard to make sure customers have a great experience and that they get the best service and are well taken care of all around. The customer service, patience, great deals, and customer care are top tier. I would definitely recommend this Extraspace Storage location to anyone. Thank you Mr. Brown and staff.

Clean, safe storage spaces. Draw back: if you misplace your code, no one is in the office and you can't reach someone from the office at the number on the office door you will have no access to get in or out of the storage area unless someone comes through to let you in or out.
