Great customer service! hHuge thanks to Xavier! After looking at the units online, I still had a few questions, so I decided to stop by. Xavier made the whole process super easy! He answered all of my questions and helped me choose the right unit for my needs. I really appreciated how helpful and friendly he was. Apparently these people bought AAA. I never got my usual invoice so today I looked online to see my payment increased from $266 to $319 without any notice. I've called multiple times and can't get a live person on the phone. Price is outrageous. Moving out Saturday! Answer the phone like a professional company and stop price gauging. Susan Ashford was the best manager I've ever dealt with and she was with AAA. Y'all should have kept her.

The manager Nathaniel was great! He was friendly, professional and patient. He helped me find the perfect size at a great rate. It was a smooth and easy process to get a nice, clean, climate controlled unit to keep my things safe. Definitely rent here, you won't be sorry!
